动物营养学是研究营养与动物各项生命活动关系的科学。虽然是动物科学专业的一门专业基础课,但在解决动物生产的资源节约、环境保护、绿色安全和降本增效等方面发挥着重要的理论指南和技术支撑作用。绪论课是授课教师和学生的第一次接触,学生对这门课和授课教师充满期待。绪论课的教学效果直接影响着学生对这门学科的认识判断和学习兴趣,因此,讲好绪论课是每位教师的必修课。该文从课前暖场设计、优化课程导入、深度剖析概念、建立知识框架、明确学习目的、介绍教学安排、学习资源、学习方法和考核方式等环节对动物营养学绪论课的教学设计和教学实践经验进行总结和探讨,以期为学生开启动物营养学的大门。

Animal Nutrition is a science that studies the relationship between nutrition and various life activities of animals.Although it is a professional basic course of animal science,it plays an important theoretical guidance and technical supporting role in solving the problems of resource conservation,environmental protection,green safety,cost reduction and efficiency improvement in animal production.The introduction class is the first contact between the teacher and the student,and the students are full of expectations for the course and the teacher.The teaching effect of the introduction course directly affects the students'understanding,judgment and learning interest in this subject.therefore,it is a compulsory course for every teacher to teach the introduction class well.This paper summarizes and discusses the teaching design and practical experience of Animal Nutrition from the aspects of pre-class warm-up field design,optimizing course lead-in,in-depth analysis of concepts,establishing knowledge framework,defining learning purpose,introducing teaching arrangement,learning resources,learning methods and assessment methods,in order to open the door of Animal Nutrition for students.
