摘要
乡村振兴,人才先行,尤其是乡村治理人才是实施乡村振兴战略的重要引领者。高校作为培养现代人才的摇篮,是乡村治理人才培养的主阵地。目前,高校在乡村治理人才课程设置、乡村实践、教研融合、学院培养和双学位模式等层面作出系列探索,取得一定的成效,但仍然存在着专业及课程建设局限、知识体系脱节、乡村意识培养力度不足和实践教学薄弱等现实困境。基于此,依托高校新文科学科交叉融合的驱动,创新乡村治理人才协同培养模式、优化学科定位与办学理念和优化课程设置改革探索是乡村振兴背景下的应有之义。
Rural revitalization,talent first,especially rural governance talents are important leaders in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.As the cradle of cultivating modern talents,colleges and universities are the main position for the training of rural governance talents.At present,colleges and universities have made a series of explorations in the aspects of curriculum setting of rural governance talents,rural practice,integration of teaching and research,college training,double-degree model and so on,and achieved certain results.However,there are still some practical difficulties,such as the limitation of specialty and curriculum construction,the disconnection of knowledge system,the lack of rural consciousness training,the weakness of practical teaching and so on.Based on this,driven by the cross-integration of new liberal arts disciplines in colleges and universities,it is necessary to innovate the collaborative training mode of rural governance talents and optimize the discipline orientation and school-running concept,as well as the reform and exploration of curriculum.
