乡村振兴战略视域下涉农高职院校高素质劳动人才培育路径研究

乡村振兴战略是国家解决“三农”问题做出的重大战略部署,为高职教育指明人才培养的方向。现代农业面临着高素质劳动人才短缺、农业专业人才、复合型人才不足等多种问题,制约其高质量发展。破解现代农业发展桎梏,需以树立“为农服务和以人为本”培养目标、改革教育培训方式、紧跟农业产业变化、积极融入区域农业发展为基本方法,将乡村振兴战略融入涉农职业教育人才培育体系始终,搭建农业高素质技术技能人才成长路径,为国家乡村振兴战略稳步推进贡献高职力量。

The rural revitalization strategy is a major strategic deployment made by the country to solve the"three rural"problems,pointing out the direction of talent cultivation for vocational education.Modern agriculture is facing various problems such as a shortage of high-quality labor talents,a shortage of agricultural professionals,and a shortage of versatile talents,which restrict its high-quality development.To break the shackles of modern agricultural development,it is necessary to establish the training goal of"serving agriculture and putting people first",reform education and training methods,closely follow changes in the agricultural industry,and actively integrate into regional agricultural development as the basic methods.The rural revitalization strategy should be integrated into the talent cultivation system of agricultural vocational education,and the growth path of high-quality agricultural technical and skilled talents should be built to contribute to the national rural revitalization strategy.
