关于强化乡村振兴人才支撑的思考

人才是实施乡村振兴战略的关键。以人才振兴赋能乡村振兴,强化乡村振兴中的人才支撑,是深入实施乡村振兴战略的重要路径。当前我国农村地区人才流失严重,青年人才短缺;人才素质不高,结构仍需优化,人才上的短板已经成为阻碍乡村振兴战略深入实施的重要因素。要实现新时代乡村振兴战略,必须强化人才支撑,从提升乡村对于人才的吸引力和乡村培养人才的内生动力以及人才培养的体制机制入手,吸引更多人才投身乡村建设,为乡村振兴提供人才保障。

Talents are the key to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.It is an important way to deeply implement the strategy of rural revitalization to empower the rural revitalization with talents and strengthen the talent support in the rural revitalization.At present,there is a serious brain drain in rural areas and a shortage of young talents;the quality of talents is not high,the structure still needs to be optimized,and the deficiency of talents has become an important factor hindering the further implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In order to realize the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era,we must strengthen the support of talents and start with enhancing the attractiveness of rural areas for talents,the endogenous driving force of rural talent training and the system and mechanism of talent training,so as to attract more talents to join in rural construction and provide talent guarantee for rural revitalization.
