乡村人才振兴的现实困境及优化策略——以陕西商洛为例

党的二十大报告提出要扎实推动乡村产业、人才、文化、生态和组织振兴,全面推进乡村振兴。“五大振兴”不可分割,互为支撑,共同推进乡村振兴,其中,人才振兴是关键。以陕西商洛为例,分析商洛市在乡村振兴中人才振兴面临的困境,目前,乡村人才振兴面临引不进、留不住、专业人才匮乏和培养机制不健全等难题。在此基础上,提出对策建议,要破解人才振兴的困境,可以从搭平台、建机制、强激励等方面着手,加强乡村专业人才队伍建设、创新乡村人才引进培育使用机制、培育新型职业农民和强化乡村振兴人才支撑,进一步为全面推进乡村振兴,建设农业强国服务。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress proposes to firmly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations,and promote rural revitalization in an all-round way.The"five major aspects of revitalization"are inseparable,support each other,and jointly promote the revitalization of rural areas,of which the revitalization of talents is the key.Taking Shangluo in Shaanxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by Shangluo in the revitalization of rural talents.At present,the revitalization of rural talents is faced with some problems,such as lack of professionals,lack of professionals,imperfect training mechanism and so on.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In order to solve the dilemma of talent revitalization,we can start from the aspects of setting up a platform,building a mechanism,and strengthening incentives.We should strengthen the construction of rural professionals,innovate the mechanism for the introduction and cultivation of rural talents,cultivate new professional farmers,strengthen the support of rural talents,and further serve for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and building an agricultural power.
