乡村振兴背景下滇中近郊型传统村落的活化与利用——以安宁市禄脿村为例

经济的快速发展推动城市化进程,近郊型传统村落不可避免地受到影响。发展旅游被认为是对传统村落进行保护与宣扬的有效途径,但部分传统村落在开发后呈现过度商业化、同质化,失去了其本身作为传统村落的价值所在。该文以滇中地区近郊村落禄脿村发展过程中出现的现实问题为导向,通过田野调查,探究其产生的内在动因,并基于乡村振兴大背景下探索其活化利用的有效路径。

With the rapid development of economy,the process of urbanization is intensified,and the traditional suburban villages are inevitably affected.The development of tourism is considered to be an effective way to protect and promote traditional villages,but some traditional villages show excessive commercialization and homogenization after development,losing their value as traditional villages.This paper is guided by the practical problems in the development of Lubiao Village,a suburban village in central Yunnan,explores the internal causes of its emergence through field investigation,and explores the effective ways of its activation and utilization in the context of rural revitalization.
