基于产业需求广西新闻传播人才培养的创新路径探索

Exploration on theInnovative Path of Guangxi Journalism and Communication Talent Training Based on Industrial Demand

掌握广西新闻传播产业的人才需求现状,以问题为导向、以需求为牵引,探索广西新闻传播人才培养的创新路径。通过采用文献研究、案例分析与综合调查相结合的方式,对广西新闻传播产业的人才需求情况进行观察与分析总结,提出广西高校新闻传播人才培养在教材内容、教学结构、培养定位、实践教学、教学模式等方面存在的主要问题。由此提出,广西各高校应基于产业需求,直面本校新闻传播人才培养的主要问题,从院校特色、技术思维、产教融合、创新模式等方面,探索一条具有地方特色的新闻传播人才培养的新路径,进而在全国形成全新的地方范式,在更大范围内产生广泛而深远的影响。

Recognize the talent shortage in the Guangxi news communication sector,use the issue as a guide and the need as motivation,and investigate creative options for Guangxi news communication talent development.This paper examines and analyzes the talent demand for the Guangxi news communication industry using a combination of literature research,case study analysis,and thorough investigation.It then identifies the key issues with the training of news communication talent in Guangxi universities in the areas of textbook content,teaching structure,training orientation,practical teaching,and teaching mode.Therefore,in order to form a new local paradigm in the nation and have a broader impact,colleges and universities in Guangxi should address the key issues surrounding the development of news and communication talent within their own institutions.These issues should be addressed from the perspectives of college characteristics,technical thinking,integration of production and education,and innovation mode.
