摘要
超声Lamb波因其传播距离长衰减慢等特点被广泛应用于复合板的损伤检测中。针对概率加权成像算法在成像过程中因布置密集的传感器导致损伤检测效率大幅度降低的问题,提出一种概率加权成像算法结合四点圆弧法的损伤检测技术,通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立复合板模型,布置密集的传感器网络,先利用四点圆弧法确定缺陷所在的区域,然后在有效区域内进行概率加权成像。结果表明该方法能在保持较高定位精度的情况下大幅减少数据处理量,提高复合板的损伤检测效率。
Ultrasonic Lamb wave has been extensively used in damage detection of composite panels due to its long propagation distance and slow attenuation.Since the probability weighted imaging algorithm has the problem of low damage detection efficiency due to the dense distribution of sensors in the imaging process,a probability-weighted imaging algorithm combined with the damage detection technique of four-point arc method was proposed.A composite plate model was established by ABAQUS finite element software,and the sensor network was densely arranged.The four-point arc method was used to determine the defect area,and then the probability-weighted imaging was carried out in the available area.The results show that this method can greatly reduce the amount of data processing with high positioning accuracy,and improve the damage detection efficiency of composite panels.
