“食品工厂设计”课程教学改革研究现状与对策探讨

摘要 “食品工厂设计”是食品专业课程中专业性高、知识点广泛、内容复杂的一门实用性课程,与其他理论性或研究性食品专业课程相比,引发学生学习兴趣和提升教学效果都有较高难度。对众多学者关于该课程教学改革的探索和发展建议进行总结并提出了一些可行对策,为多样化教学改革的进一步探索作参考。 Food Factory Design course is a comprehensive and practical course with characteristics of high professionalism,extensive knowledges and complex contents in the courses of food science.It is more difficult to arouse students'interest in learning and improve teaching effects,compared with other theoretical or research courses in food science.The exploration and development suggestions of many researchers on the teaching reform of the course were summarized and some feasible countermeasures were suggested in this paper,which might serve as a reference for the further exploration of diversified teaching reform for Food Factory Design course.
