基于本科院校人才培养的“发酵工程”实践教学思考

摘要 “发酵工程”实验是亳州学院生物工程类、食品科学与工程类专业的一门核心实践课程,为较好地突出学校的“地方性、应用型、特色化”办学定位,培养应用型技术技能人才,对课程进行了研究与探索。自办学以来,学校不断优化人才方案,科学地规划课程体系,对教学学时、教材编定、教学模式等进行探索,并建立合理的实践考核标准,促进学生实践技能与创新能力培养。 Fermentation Engineering Experiment is a core practice course for bioengineering,food science and engineering majors in our university.In order to better highlight the school-running orientation of'local,applied and characteristic'in our university,and to cultivate applied technical talents,the course had been studied and explored.Since running a school,our school had continuously optimized the talent plan,scientifically planned the curriculum system,explored the teaching hours,the compilation of teaching materials and the teaching mode,and established reasonable practical assessment standards to promote the cultivation of students'practical skills and innovative ability.
