白首乌生产加工技术研究进展

Research Progress in Production and Processing Technology of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight

白首乌作为萝藦科植物耳叶牛皮消的块根,是中医使用的常见中药材,其含有丰富的活性物质。其中,C21-甾苷类化合物、苯乙酮类等主要物质已被证实在抗肿瘤、护肝护肾、抗抑郁等方面具有重要作用。目前,国内在白首乌功能成分提取、药用成分临床应用方面的研究较多,但在白首乌高效种植、绿色加工和耳叶牛皮消全株开发等方面研究较少。简要介绍了白首乌的功能成分,详细论述了近年来其在生产种植、原料加工、全株利用等领域的研究进展,为白首乌产业的进一步发展与应用提供参考。

Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine.It is the root tuber of Asclepiadaceae.It has a variety of pharmacological activities.95%of the Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight comes from Binhai County,Jiangsu Province.At present,some research has been done on the efficient cultivation,component extraction,product deep processing and other aspects of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight in China,and some progress has been made.However,the research on the utilization of the whole plant and the resource utilization of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight still needs to be carried out.This paper briefly introduced the components of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight.Based on the previous research on the production and processing technology of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight,the research progress in cultivation measures,raw material processing,component extraction and other fields in recent years was discussed in detail,providing reference for the further development and application of the industry of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight.
