黄酮类化合物是一类重要的植物次生代谢产物,广泛存在于植物的根、茎、叶、花、果实、种子中,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒等多种生物活性,能够促进动物生长、提高免疫力、预防和治疗疾病等。介绍了黄酮类化合物的多种提取方法,综述了工艺原理,为黄酮类化合物的提取及应用提供参考。
Flavonoids are an important class of secondary metabolites in plants,widely present in roots,stems,leaves,flowers,fruits,and seeds.They have various biological activities such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and antiviral,which can promote animal growth,improve immunity,prevent and treat diseases,etc.The article introduced various extraction methods for flavonoids,summarized their process principled,and provides reference for the extraction and application of flavonoids.
