青岛港“以港兴市”发展对策研究

Study on the Development Countermeasures of Qingdao Port"Revitalizing the City by Port"

文章通过分析青岛及青岛港发展现状,明确了“以港兴城”的意义。选取青岛市GDP和青岛港营业收入作为指标,分析二者之间的线性关系,并使用SPSS软件进行分析,发现青岛市GDP与青岛港营业收入之间存在较为明显的线性正相关关系。总结并简要分析得出青岛港发展具备政治、地域、技术、基建等方面的优势,但也存在港口作用单一、缺乏联动等发展弊端。基于以上结论对青岛港发展优劣势进行分析,并为其提出合理化建议:加强青岛港人文文化建设和交流,加强与先进制造业、高新技术企业的合作,完善供应链,加强海港与“陆空铁邮”港口的合作,提升运输效率和服务质量。

By analyzing the current development situation of Qingdao and Qingdao Port,the paper clarifies the significance of"prospering the city through port".The paper selects the GDP of Qingdao City and the operating revenue of Qingdao Port as indicators,analyzes the linear relationship between them,and uses SPSS software to analyze.It finds that there is a relatively obvious linear positive correlation between the GDP of Qingdao City and the operating revenue of Qingdao Port.The paper summarizes and brief ly analyzes the advantages of Qingdao Port in political,regional,technical and infrastructure development,but it also has disadvantages such as single port function and lack of linkage.Based on the above conclusions,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of Qingdao Port and puts forward reasonable suggestions for it:to strengthen the cultural construction and exchange of Qingdao Port,to strengthen the cooperation with advanced manufacturing and high-tech enterprises and improve the supply chain,to strengthen the cooperation between seaports and the"land,air,rail and mail"ports to improve transportation efficiency and service quality.
