基于精益思想的数智化物流管理系统设计与应用研究

摘要 随着经济的快速发展,我国物流体系和管理框架的建设正在不断推进,以大规模、现代化、智能化为特点的物流管理与开发机制已基本成型。但与部分发达国家相比,本土的数智化物流管理系统仍存在一些问题,如物流管理成本高额、对象可行使权利范围广泛等,对此,应当从完善相关规章制度、加大监管力度、建立信息系统等方面入手进行革新。信息时代背景下,基于精益思想的数智化物流管理系统的发展,各企业需要适应发展潮流结合自身特点进行制度深化改革。 With the rapid development of the economy,the construction of China's logistics system and management framework is constantly advancing,and the logistics management and development mechanism characterized by large scale,modernization and intelligence has basically taken shape.However,compared to some developed countries,there are still some problems with local digital intelligent logistics management system,such as high logistics management costs,a wide range of rights that can be exercised by the object.Therefore,innovation should be carried out by improving relevant rules and regulations,increasing regulatory efforts,and establishing information systems.In the context of the information age,the development of digital and intelligent logistics management systems based on lean thinking requires enterprises to adapt to the development trend and deepen their institutional reforms in combination with their own characteristics.
