With the rapid development of the economy,the construction of China's logistics system and management framework is constantly advancing,and the logistics management and development mechanism characterized by large scale,modernization and intelligence has basically taken shape.However,compared to some developed countries,there are still some problems with local digital intelligent logistics management system,such as high logistics management costs,a wide range of rights that can be exercised by the object.Therefore,innovation should be carried out by improving relevant rules and regulations,increasing regulatory efforts,and establishing information systems.In the context of the information age,the development of digital and intelligent logistics management systems based on lean thinking requires enterprises to adapt to the development trend and deepen their institutional reforms in combination with their own characteristics.
