电商物流是电子商务活动的重要环节,在整个物流过程中,电商企业与物流公司之间、物流公司与消费者之间存在诸多法律关系。随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,电商物流的前景也更加广阔了,但是,我国电商物流存在发展时间较短、法律法规尚不完善、风险防范意识欠缺等问题,严重制约了电商物流行业的健康发展。文章以现有法律规定为基础,对电商物流行业在经营过程中面临的各种风险进行了分析,最后提出建议及对策,以期能够有效减少或避免此类风险对电商物流行业造成威胁。

E-commerce logistics is an important part of e-commerce activities.In the whole logistics process,there are many legal relationships between e-commerce enterprises and logistics companies,as well as between logistics companies and consumers.With the vigorous development of e-commerce,the prospects of e-commerce logistics are also broader..However,the short development time of e-commerce logistics in China,incomplete laws and regulations,and lack of risk prevention awareness have seriously constrained the healthy development of the e-commerce logistics industry.Based on the existing laws and regulations,the paper analyzes various risks faced by the e-commerce logistics industry in the course of operation,and finally puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to effectively reduce or avoid such risks posing a threat to the e-commerce logistics industry.
