摘要
为了提升涡轮机性能,建立其计算模型,划分计算网格模型,并在仿真软件中进行计算,最后分析其计算结果,分析了涡轮增压器中的蜗壳受不同0-0截面A/R值对其性能的影响。结果显示:在涡轮增压器涡轮机中,蜗壳0-0截面的A/R值对蜗壳性能影响较大。A/R值较大的涡轮机蜗壳内部流动损失较小,但叶轮入口处气流不稳定加剧,导致涡轮峰值效率降低。NO.1蜗壳的峰值效率较其他2个方案更高,最后选择其作为效率提升优化方案的蜗壳。
In order to improve the turbine performance,the calculation model is established.The calculation grid model is divided,and the calculation is carried out in the simulation calculation software.Finally,the calculation results are analyzed,and the influence of different 00 section A/R values on the performance of the volute in the turbocharger is analyzed.The results show that the A/R value of the volute 0-0 section has a great infuence on the performance of the volute in the turbocharger stage.The turbine volute with large A/R has less flow loss,but the peak stage fficieney is reduced due to the increased instability of the airflow at the inlet of the impel-ler.NO.1 volute has a higher maximum fficieney than the other two schemes.Finally,it is selected as the volute of the fficieney im-provement optimization scheme.
