前列腺增生是一种常见的增龄性中老年男性疾病,病因和发病机制复杂,因此前列腺增生的早发现、鉴别诊断和防控是延缓增生的重要前提。针对这些问题,国家重点研发项目“主动健康和老龄化科技应对”专项“老年前列腺增生的综合防控技术研究与精准风险评估和个体化防治措施应用示范”项目通过多中心大型队列研究,进行老年前列腺增生早期诊断生物标志物筛选,开发体外诊断试剂盒,为老年前列腺增生综合防控提供有效保障。

Prostatic hyperplasia is a common age-related disease in middle-aged and elderly men populations with complex etiology and pathogenesis,therefore the early detection,differential diagnosis and prevention,as well as the control of prostate enlargement,are important prerequisites for delaying enlargement.In response to these issues,the National Key Research and Development Project“Active Health and Scientific Response to Ageing”has conducted a multicenter cohort study on“Research on Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technologies for Prostatic Hyperplasia in the Elderly and Application of Precise Risk Assessment and Individualized Prevention and Control Measures”.The project aims to screen potential biomarkers and develop in vitro diagnostic kits to provide effective protection for the comprehensive prevention and control of prostate enlargement in elderly patients.
