摘要
对焦化生产能源消耗结构进行分析。概述了焦化行业在降低能源转化差、减少燃料与动力消耗、提高余热余能回收利用三个方面的重点节能减碳技术及应用情况,并对相关技术节能和减碳效果进行了测算。提出了焦化行业在能源流全流程优化技术、极致能效提升技术、变革创新型余热回收技术等方面的发展方向。
The energy consumption and carbon emission structure of coking production are analyzed.The key energy saving and carbon reduction technologies and their applications in the coking industry in three aspects of reducing the poor energy conversion,reducing fuel and power consumption,and improving the recovery and utilization of residual heat and energy are summarized,and the energy saving and carbon reduction effects of related technologies are calculated.The development direction of coking industry in energy flow whole process optimization technology,extreme energy efficiency improvement technology,innovative waste heat energy recovery technology and other aspects is proposed.
