摘要
文章明确了工业气体空分产品生产的能源消耗统计范围,以单位当量氧气综合电耗作为空分气体产品单位产品能耗核算指标,在充分调研了钢铁、化工等行业空分产品生产工序以及独立工业气体产品生产企业的151台套空分制氧装置的生产数据的基础上,依据《单位产品能源消耗限额编制通则》、《综合能耗计算通则》等标准,编制了《工业气体空分产品单位产品综合电耗限额》。
The statistical range of energy consumption in the production of air separation products of industrial gas was defined.The comprehensive power consumption per unit equivalent of oxygen was taken as the calculation index of energy consumption per unit product of air separation products.On the basis of fully investigating the production process of air separation products in iron and steel,chemical industry and other industries and the production data of 151 air separation oxygen production units of independent industrial gas production enterprises,according to the general principles for the formulation of energy consumption quota for unit product and general principles for the calculation of comprehensive energy consumption,the comprehensive power consumption quota for unit product of air separation products of industrial gases has been formulated.
