钢包精炼底吹喷嘴分布对搅拌效率的影响

摘要 以某钢厂150 t钢包为原型,进行底部气体喷吹搅拌效率的水模实验。分别考察了喷嘴数量、供气量、喷吹模式及双喷嘴供气量比例对均混时间的影响。实验结果表明:喷嘴数量为2个时,喷吹范围大且气流互相影响最小;考虑到能源利用率,实验供气量大于0.27 m^(3)/h时,均混时间变化趋于平缓;喷吹均混时间与双喷嘴间距呈负相关关系;双喷嘴供气量比例为5∶5时,喷吹气流流场稳定,搅拌效果好,均混时间短。综上可得,双喷嘴模式为0.33 D 180°,供气量为0.27 m^(3)/h,双喷嘴供气量比例为5∶5时,喷吹方案最优,均混时间为57.7 s。 The hydraulic model is based on a 150t ladle of a steel plant to test the mixing efficiency of bottom blowing gas.The effects of the number of nozzles,gas flowrate,blowing mode and gas flow ratio on the mixing time were studied.The experimental results show that when it has two nozzles,the blowing range is large and the mutual influence of air flow is minimal;Considering the energy utilization rate,when the experimental gas flowrate is greater than 0.27 m^(3)/h,the change of mixing time tends to be gentle;the mixing time is negatively correlated with the distance between two nozzles;when the gas flow ratio of two nozzles is 5∶5,the gas flow field is stable,the mixing effect is good,and the mixing time is short.To sum up,when blowing mode is 0.33 D 180°,the gas flowrate is 0.27 m^(3)/h and gas flow ratio of two nozzles is 5∶5,that is the best blowing scheme,and the mixing time is 57.7 s.
