The fuel consumption of metallurgical furnace is always the key research direction in energy saving and emission reduction,the paper introduces the technical principle,system structure and energy saving effect of the reform of natural gas pure oxygen combustion in silver furnace,according to the application of natural gas in silver furnace,the production process,production mode and lining reform of silver furnace were optimized,the unit consumption of natural gas is further reduced,and the energy saving and emission reduction of silver furnace are promoted.
