热态镁渣余热回收及资源化利用

摘要 对还原炉进行热工测试,了解热量利用情况,明确热态镁渣余热回收是进一步降低能耗的关键。根据热利用和动力利用二种方式,提出利用移动床和竖式冷却罐高效回收高温镁渣余热资源,分别用于预热物料和发电。最后总结了镁渣应用于脱硫和建材等现状。 The thermal test of reduction furnace was carried out to understand the heat utilization situation,and it was clear that the waste heat recovery of hot magnesium slag was the key to further reduce energy consumption.According to the two ways of heat utilization and power utilization,it is proposed to use moving bed and vertical cooling tank to efficiently recover high temperature magnesium slag waste heat resources,which are used to preheat materials and generate electricity respectively.Finally,the application of magnesium slag in desulfurization and building materials is summarized.
