冶金石灰煅烧回转窑热平衡测试与分析

摘要 回转窑是生产冶金石灰的主要设备,文章通过对某钢厂冶金石灰回转窑进行热平衡测试与计算,定量分析了该回转窑的能量利用情况,结合现场对影响该回转窑热效率的前三大因素(预热器漏风严重、表面散热大、熟料出料温度高)进行了分析及节能测算,结果表明该回转窑具有较大的节能潜力,并针对性提出了提高能量利用率的措施。 Rotary kiln is the main equipment for the production of metallurgical lime.By testing and calculating the heat balance of a metallurgical lime rotary kiln in a steel plant,this paper quantitatively analyzes the energy utilization of the kiln.Combined with the three factors affecting the thermal efficiency of the rotary kiln,such as serious air leakage in the preheater,large surface heat dissipation and high clinker discharge temperature,the paper analyzes and calculates the energy saving.The results show that the rotary kiln has great energy saving potential,and the measures to improve the energy utilization rate are put forward.
