摘要
介绍了国内外关节骨科手术机器人、脊柱外科手术机器人和创伤骨科手术机器人的研究进展,阐述了骨科手术机器人在精确度、稳定性、并发症发生率等方面具有的优势,分析了骨科手术机器人存在体积庞大、成本昂贵、用途单一、缺少感觉反馈系统、智能化程度低等不足,指出了多功能化、普及化、远程化、精准和微创化、智能化和人机交互全面化是未来骨科手术机器人的发展趋势。
The research progress of surgical robots for joint orthopedics,spine surgery and traumatological orthopedics in foreign countries and China were introduced.The advantages of orthopedic surgical robots were described in precision,stability and rate of complications,and the disadvantages were analyzed in bulky size,high cost,single use,absence of sensory feedback system and low degree of intelligence.The development prospect of orthopedic surgical robots was pointed out in multi function,popularization,remote operation,precision,minimal invasion,intelligence and comprehensive human-robot interaction.
