血流限制训练在21世纪康复领域的全球研究现状及发展趋势

The Research Progress of Blood Flow Restriction Training in the Field of Rehabilitation:a Bibliometric and Visualized Study in the 21st century

摘要 背景:血流限制训练目前逐渐应用于康复临床领域,适用于不能进行高强度抗阻训练的临床病患人群。血流限制训练在康复领域的研究尚未有人进行整合文献计量与可视化分析的研究。目的:探讨21世纪血流限制训练在康复领域中全球的研究现状和发展趋势。方法:通过Web of Science的科学引文索引扩展数据库检索从2000年1月1日至2022年9月19日发表的英文文章及综述。用文献计量学的方法对来源数据进行数据统计及研究。使用Vos viewer软件进行文献耦合分析及共现分析等可视化转化工具,分析血流限制训练在康复中应用的研究现状及趋势改变。结果:本引文研究共纳入1276篇研究,分析发现①全球研究发表文献总体上逐年增加趋势,其中美国对全球的研究贡献量最高,研究文献总被引用次数与H指数是最高,日本在每项平均引用次数的项目中排名最高,中国在全球研究发表量排行第九,被引频次总数、每项平均引用次数与H指数分别排在第十八、第十八和第二十位。②根据文献计量学结果,“MEDICINE AND SCIENCE IN SPORTS AND EXERCISE”和“EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF APPLIED PHYSIOLOGY”杂志的出版物发表量居第一和第二。密西西比大学(UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI)和俄克拉何马大学系统(UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA SYSTEM)是文献发表物数量贡献最大的机构。③根据可视化分析结果,此领域的研究目前可以分为五大类:生理机制研究、与关节相关疾病康复影响研究、对运动员训练影响研究、肌肉肥大效果研究、心血管系统影响研究。最新的趋势表明,与关节相关疾病康复影响、对运动员训练影响、心血管系统影响的研究开始逐渐成为研究热点。结论:由目前的全球趋势可知,血流限制训练的研究在不断深化,对应的文献出版物数量将不断增加,且主要集中于体育事业较发达的国家。目前的研究主要集中于生理机制研究、与关节相关疾病康复影响研究、对运动员训练影响研究、肌肉肥大效果研究、心血管系统影响研究。与关节相关疾病康复影响可能是该领域下一个重点热点研究。 Background:Blood flow restriction training is gradually applied in the clinical field of rehabilitation,especially for clinical patients who cannot perform high-intensity resistance training.The study of blood flow restriction training in the field of rehabilitation has not yet been conducted to integrate bibliometric and visual analysis.Objective:To explore the global research status and development trend of blood flow restriction training in the field of rehabilitation in the 21st century.Methods:The Web of Science's Science Citation Index Extended Database was used to search English-language articles and reviews published from January 1,2000 to September 19,2022.Data statistics and research on the source data are carried out by means of bibliometrics.Visual transformation tools such as literature coupling analysis and co-occurrence analysis were performed using Vos viewer software to analyze the research status and trend changes of blood flow restriction training in rehabilitation.Results:This study found that a total of 1276 studies were included in the citation study.Since the 21st century,the global research publications have generally increased year by year.Among them,the United States has the highest contribution to global research.The total number of citations of research papers and the H index are The highest,Japan ranks highest in each item of average citations,and China ranks ninth in the number of global research publications,and ranks 18th,18th,and 20th in total citations,average citations per item,and H-index,respectively.Twenty.According to the bibliometric results,the publications of"MEDICINE AND SCIENCE IN SPORTS AND EXERCISE"and"MEDICINE SCIENCE IN SPORTS EXERCISE"ranked first and second.The University of Mississippi and the University of Oklahoma System are the institutions that contribute the most to the number of publications.The research in this direction can be divided into five categories:physiological mechanism research,research on the impact of joint-related diseases on rehabilitation,research on the impact on athletes'training,research on the effect of muscle hypertrophy,and research on the impact on the cardiovascular system.The latest trends show that the study of the effects of rehabilitation related to joint-related diseases,the impact on athlete training,and the impact on the cardiovascular system has gradually become a research hotspot.Conclusion:The current global trend shows that the research on blood flow restriction training is deepening,and the number of corresponding literature publications will continue to increase,and it is mainly concentrated in countries with more developed sports.The current research mainly focuses on the research on physiological mechanism,the research on the impact on the rehabilitation of joint-related diseases,the research on the impact on the training of athletes,the research on the effect of muscle hypertrophy,the research on the impact on the cardiovascular system.The effects of rehabilitation with joint-related diseases may be the next highlightstone in this field.
