脐针“山泽通气法”治疗精神分裂症案

脐针疗法是通过针刺脐部调节脏腑经络以治疗全身疾病的新疗法,临床常用于治疗腹部及精神疾患。精神分裂症具有临床症状复杂、易共病、复发风险高、治疗率低等特点,临床治疗难度较大。本案例患者处于精神分裂症康复期,急性发作,医者采用脐针“山泽通气”法,配合腹针及刺络放血疗法,以通腑泄热、调整阴阳,诸法合用,疗效显著,为临床治疗精神分裂症提供新思路。

Umbilical acupuncture is a new therapy that regulates the meridians of the internal organs through acupuncture of the umbilicus to treat systemic diseases,and is commonly used clinically to treat abdominal and psychiatric disorders.Schizophrenia is characterized by complex clinical symptoms,easy co-morbidity,high risk of recurrence,and low treatment rate,making clinical treatment more difficult.In this case,the patient was recovering from schizophrenia and had an acute attack.The physician used the umbilical acupuncture method"Shanze Tong Qi",together with abdominal acupuncture and bloodletting therapy to vent heat from the internal organs and adjust yin and yang,and the combination of the methods was effective,providing a new idea for the clinical treatment of schizophrenia.
