摘要
术后认知功能障碍(POCD)是老年患者术后常见的并发症之一,发病后会导致患者自理能力下降,给患者及其家庭造成了极大的困扰,严重降低了患者的生活质量。经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)是一种针灸联合经皮神经电刺激的新型疗法,目前已广泛用于POCD患者的治疗。本文从TEAS治疗POCD的应用现况和作用机制方面进行综述。
Postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)is one of the common complications of elderly patients after surgery.After the onset,it will lead to the decline of the patient's self-care ability,causing great distress to the patient and their family,and seriously reducing the patient's life.quality.Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)is a novel therapy of acupuncture combined with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation,which has been widely used in the treatment of POCD patients.This article will review the application and mechanism of TEAS in the treatment of POCD.
