中药熏蒸方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的用药规律探析

Analysis of the Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Formula for the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:基于数据挖掘技术分析中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的用药规律。方法:按照纳入排除标准整理WanFang、CNKI、VIP中文数据库建库至2022年1月8日发表中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究处方,运用Excel 2016软件统计分析中药使用频次、功效类别、性味归经,采用中医传承计算平台(V3.0)对处方数据进行关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:共整理出熏蒸处方394首,涉及中药217味,中药分类主要以祛风湿药、活血化瘀药为主,主要药性为温性,主要药味为辛、苦、甘;归经主入肝、肾、脾经;关联规则分析获得使用频次大于79次的中药组合33组,中药关联规则8条;聚类分析筛选出核心组合5类。结论:中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症以祛风除湿、活血化瘀为主,兼解表药、补虚药等,具有祛邪为先、兼顾补虚的用药特点。

Objective:To analyze the medication pattern of herbal fumigation for lumbar disc herniation based on data mining technology.Methods:Clinical research prescriptions of herbal fumigation for lumbar disc herniation published in WanFang,CNKI,and VIP Chinese databases from the date of database construction to January 8,2022 were collated according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and Excel 2016 software was used to statistically analyze the frequency of herbal medicine use,efficacy category,sexual flavor and meridian,and the Chinese medicine heritage computing platform(V3.0)was used to The association rule analysis and cluster analysis were performed on the prescription data using the TCM heritage computing platform(V30).Results:A total of 394 fumigation prescriptions were compiled,involving 217 Chinese herbal medicines,the herbal medicines were mainly classified as dispelling wind and dampness and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the main medicinal properties were warm and flat,the main medicinal flavors were pungent,bitter and sweet,the main genitive meridians were liver,kidney and spleen meridians,the association rules were analyzed to obtain 33 groups of herbal medicine combinations used more than 79 times,and 8 herbal medicine association rules,the core combinations were selected by cluster analysis 5 categories.Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by Chinese herbal fumigation is mainly based on dispelling wind and dampness,activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,and also relieving superficial drugs and tonifying deficiency drugs,etc.It has the medicinal characteristics of dispelling evil first and taking into account tonifying deficiency.
