2020-2022年我院门诊中成药使用情况分析

Analysis on The Use of Chinese Patent Medicines in Outpatients of Our Hospital From 2020 To 2022

目的:分析深圳大学总医院(以下简称我院)门诊中成药的使用情况,为临床合理、安全、有效和经济地使用中成药提供依据。方法:抽取2020-2022年门诊中成药相关数据,对品种、销售金额、使用科室、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)以及不合理中成药处方存在的问题进行分析。结果:2020-2022年,我院中成药品种平均每年有167种;中成药销售金额逐年增高,分别是483.97万元、1009.69万元、1398.128万元;中医科连续3年销售金额排前2位;蓝芩口服液连续3年销售金额排在前3位;保妇康栓连续3年DDDs排前5位;正元胶囊、华蟾素连续3年DDC排前2位;中成药处方不合理类型主要是处方临床诊断书写不全、用法用量和适应症不适宜。结论:我院门诊中成药品种基本满足临床用药需求,临床用药也基本合理。但个别中成药DDC较高和不合理用药等情况,因此须对中成药使用情况和合理用药进行监测,促进中成药的使用更加合理、安全、有效和经济。

Objective:To analyze the use of Chinese patent medicine in the outpatient department of general hospital of Shenzhen university(hereinafter referred to as our hospital)so as to provide the basis for rational,safe,effective and economical use of Chinese patent medicine in clinic.Methods:Relevant data of outpatient Chinese patent medicine from 2020 to 2022 were extracted and used to analyze the varieties,sales amount,departments used,DDDs and DDC as well as the problems existing in the irrational prescriptions of Chinese patent medicine.Results:From 2020 to 2022,there were an average of 167 varieties of Chinese patent medicine each year in our hospital.The sales amount of Chinese patent medicine increased year by year,4,839,700-yuan,1,009,900 yuan and 13,981,128 yuan respectively.Chinese Medical Department ranked the top 2 in sales amount for three consecutive years;Lanqin oral liquid sales amount for 3 consecutive years in the top 3;Baofukang Suppository ranked the top 5 in terms of DDDs for three consecutive years.Zhengyuan capsule and cinobufagin ranked the top 2 in terms of DDC for three consecutive years.The main irrational types of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions were incomplete writing of clinical diagnosis,inappropriate usage and dosage as well as indications.Conclusion:The varieties of Chinese patent medicine for outpatient service in our hospital basically met the needs for clinical medication,and the clinical medication was basically reasonable.However,some proprietary Chinese medicines have high DDC and irrational drug use,so the use of proprietary Chinese medicines and rational drug use must be monitored to promote the use of proprietary Chinese medicines to be more rational,safe,effective and economical.
