某皮肤病医院门诊药房中成药使用情况研究

Study on The Use of Chinese Patent Medicine in The Outpatient Pharmacy of a Dermatology Hospital

目的:通过对门诊中成药处方进行回顾性分析,探讨处方用药现状,为临床合理使用中成药提供理论基础。方法:随机抽取2022年3月门诊处方740张,用Excel分别对患者的年龄、性别、诊断等进行统计。结果:患者以15~60岁为主,女性多于男性,单剂处方金额为215元。使用内服中成药34种,各种诊断41种,皮肤科使用中成药频率最高,占总处方比例78%,其次是中医科、皮肤激光理疗科、性病皮肤科。结论:中成药是在遵照中医理论指导下使用的,本院皮肤科医生使用频率比中医科还多,希望对临床医师、药师加强培训,安全、合理使用中成药。

Objective:To explore the current situation of prescription drugs and provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of Chinese patent medicine.Methods:740 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected in March 2022,and the age,sex and diagnosis were calculated by Excel.Results:Most patients were 15-60 years old,more women than men,and the prescription amount of a single dose was 215 yuan.There are 34 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicine and 41 kinds of various diagnoses.Dermatology has the highest frequency of proprietary Chinese medicine,accounting for 78%of the total prescription,followed by Traditional Chinese medicine,skin laser physiotherapy and dermatology of venereal diseases.Conclusion:Chinese patent medicine is used under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and dermatologists in our hospital use it more frequently than those of traditional Chinese medicine.We hope to strengthen training for clinicians and pharmacists to use Chinese patent medicine safely and reasonably.
