Research progress of DCE-MRI and DWI in the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)是一种侵袭性头颈部恶性肿瘤,放化疗是主要的治疗方式,在治疗阶段进行可靠的肿瘤评估,可以有效提高患者生存率,对癌症管理具有重要意义。随着功能性磁共振成像技术的发展,其逐渐成为NPC诊断和治疗评估的有效方式。本文综述了功能磁共振成像技术动态增强磁共振(半定量及定量分析)和弥散加权成像在鼻咽癌诊疗中的研究进展。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is an invasive head and neck malignant tumor,and radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main treatment methods.Reliable tumor evaluation during the treatment stage can effectively improve patient survival rate,which is of great significance for cancer management.The technological progress of the past decade has promoted the development of functional magnetic resonance imaging technology,becoming one of the most promising tools in the diagnosis and treatment evaluation of NPC.This article reviews the research progress of dynamic enhanced functional magnetic resonance imaging(semi quantitative and quantitative analysis)and diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
