FoxM1在肝胆胰恶性肿瘤中的作用及机制研究进展

Research progress on the function and mechanism of FoxM1 in hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignant tumors

叉头盒蛋白M1(FoxM1)作为Forkhead基因超家族的一员,是调节细胞增殖和凋亡的重要转录因子。近年研究发现,FoxM1在人类肝胆胰恶性肿瘤中异常表达,并且与其侵袭转移及预后密切相关。随着其作用机制的不断明确,FoxM1可望作为肝胆胰恶性肿瘤新的预后生物标志物和治疗靶点。本文就近年来FoxM1在肝胆胰常见恶性肿瘤的作用及相关机制研究进展进行综述。

Forkhead box protein M1(FoxM1),as a member of the Forkhead gene superfamily,is an important transcription factor regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis.In recent years,it has been discovered that FoxM1 is abnormally expressed in human hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignant tumors,which is closely related to its invasion,metastasis and prognosis.With the continuous clarification of its mechanism of function,FoxM1 is expected to be a new prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignant tumors.In this paper,the research progress in the function and related mechanisms of FoxM1 in common malignant tumors of hepatobiliary and pancreatic systems in recent years are reviewed.
