混合式教学联合情景模拟教学在急诊医学中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨混合式教学联合情景模拟教学在急诊教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2021年11月至2022年1月在潍坊医学院附属医院急诊实习的本科学生60名,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30名。对照组以传统急诊医学教学模式进行带教,观察组采用混合式教学(线上、线下)联合情景模拟教学模式进行授课。比较两组本科实习生理论知识考核结果、技能操作考核结果,比较两组学生情景模拟考核情况及两组医学生对于授课的满意度。结果观察组理论考核及技能操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对学习、诊疗、团队合作、沟通能力及教学效果满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混合式教学联合情景模拟教学模式能够有效地将理论知识与实践操作相结合,调动学生学习积极性及主动性,提高学生综合能力,其教学效果优于传统教学法,值得在急诊医学教学中推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of blended teaching+scenario simulation teaching in emergency medicine teaching.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate interns in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from November 2021 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.These interns were divided into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30)according to the random number method.The control group was taught in the traditional teaching mode for emergency medicine teaching,while the observation group was taught in the blended teaching(online and offline)+scenario simulation teaching mode.The results of theoretical knowledge assessment,skills operation assessment and scenario simulation assessment,as well as the satisfaction of students with the teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The scores for theoretical assessment and skills operation assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of students in the observation group on learning,diagnosis and treatment,team cooperation,communication ability,and satisfaction with teaching effectiveness were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching+scenario simulation teaching mode can effectively combine theoretical knowledge and practical operation,mobilize students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,and improve their comprehensive ability,and the effect of such teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching method.Therefore,this teaching mode is worthy of promotion and application in emergency medicine teaching.
