摘要
目的研究辅助应用氨甲环酸对急性创伤出血患者凝血功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月南华大学衡阳医学院附属第二医院收治的急性创伤出血患者200例作为研究对象,根据随机分组原则分为观察组与对照组,每组各100例,对照组使用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助应用氨甲环酸,分析比较两组总有效率、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)水平、凝血因子水平、血制品用量。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平、空腹血糖(Fbg)与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP)和红细胞(RBC)指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在急性创伤出血患者治疗过程辅助应用氨甲环酸,取得显著效果,能有效改善患者凝血功能。
Objective To study the effect of auxiliary application of tranexamic acid on coagulation function in patients with acute traumatic bleeding.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute traumatic bleeding admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hengyang Medical School of University of South China from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received tranexamic acid as an auxiliary trea tment.The total effective rate,C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels,and coagulation factor levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared Blood product dosage.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The levels of CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and fasting blood sugar(Fbg)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The indicators of fresh frozen plasma(FFP)and red blood cell(RBC)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By assisting the application of tranexamic acid in the treatment of acute traumatic bleeding patients,significant results can be achieved,which can effectively improve the patient's coagulati on function.
