独活寄生汤加减联合针灸对急性腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎间盘功能及血清学指标的影响

Impacts of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar disc function and serological indices in patients with acute lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨急性腰椎间盘突出症患者应用独活寄生汤加减联合针灸治疗后其腰椎间盘功能及血清学指标的变化情况。方法研究所选样本均为2021年8月至2022年8月在鲁中矿业有限公司医院和济南市第二妇幼保健院进行治疗的急性腰椎间盘突出症患者,共选取160例进行回顾性分析,根据不同治疗方式将其分为对照组(75例)、观察组(85例)。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予独活寄生汤加减治疗。两组均治疗1个月,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后的功能障碍指数(CODI)评分、日本骨科协会量表(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清β隐黄素、血清丙酮酸、血清赖氨酸水平。结果观察组治疗后的临床总有效率高于对照组;治疗后观察组患者CODI评分、ODI评分、血浆IL-6水平均低于对照组,JOA评分、血浆β-EP、SOD、血清β隐黄素、丙酮酸、赖氨酸水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性腰椎间盘突出症患者应用独活寄生汤加减联合针灸治疗可显著改善患者腰椎间盘功能,调节血浆指标及血清差异代谢物水平,进一步改善机体代谢功能。

Objective To investigate the changes of lumbar disc function and serological indices in patients with acute lumbar disc herniation treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods The samples selected in this research were all patients with acute lumbar disc herniation who were treated in the Hospital of Luzhong Mining Co.,Ltd.and the Second Children and Women’s Healthcare of Jinan City from August 2021 to August 2022.A total of 160 cases were selected for retrospective analysis,and they were divided into the control group(n=75)and the observation group(n=85)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for one month.The clinical efficacy aftertreatment,Cincinnati orthopaedic disability index(CODI)score before and aftertreatment,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),β-endorphin(β-EP),superoxide dismutase(SOD),serumβ-cryptoxanthin,serum pyruvate and serum lysine were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical overall response rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the CODI score,ODI score and plasma IL-6 level in patients of the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,while the JOA score and the levels of plasmaβ-EP,SOD,serumβ-cryptoxanthin,pyruvate and lysine were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in patients with acute lumbar disc herniation can significantly improve the lumbar disc function,regulate the plasma indices and serum differential metabolite levels,and further improve the metabolic function of the body.
