制霉菌素口腔护理结合健康教育在小儿口腔真菌感染中的应用

Application of nystatin oral care combined with health education in the treatment of pediatric oral fungal infections

目的探讨制霉菌素口腔护理结合健康教育在小儿口腔真菌感染中的应用价值。方法选取2020年7月至2022年10月新疆医科大学第一附属医院附属口腔医院口腔门诊收治的78例小儿口腔真菌感染患儿为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=39)、观察组(n=39),对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行制霉菌素口腔护理结合健康教育;比较两组口腔真菌感染愈合情况;于护理前、后,比较两组口腔舒适度评分、生活质量[儿童少年生活质量量表(QLSCA)]。结果观察组口腔真菌感染愈合时间短于对照组,真菌感染愈合有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组QLSCA各维度评分均高于对照组;两组口腔舒适度评分下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论制霉菌素口腔护理结合健康教育应用于小儿口腔真菌感染中,能够促进真菌感染愈合,提高患儿口腔舒适度及生活质量。

Objective To explore the application value of nystatin oral care combined with health education in the treatment of pediatric oral fungal infections.Methods A study was conducted on 78 children with pediatric oral fungal infections admitted to the Dental Clinic of Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from July 2020 to October 2022.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the control group(n=39)and the observation group(n=39).The control group received routine care,the observation group received nystatin oral care combined with health education.The healing status of oral fungal infections between the two groups was compared;The oral comfort scores and quality of life[quality of life scale for children and adolescents(QLSCA)]between the two groups were compared before and after nursing care.Results The healing time of oral fungal infections in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the effective rate of fungal infection healing was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing care,the QLSCA scores in all dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The oral comfort scores of the two groups decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nystatin oral care combined with health education in the treatment of pediatric oral fungal infections can promote the healing of fungal infections,and improve oral comfort and quality of life of children.
