摘要 钢结构非膨胀型防火涂料,由于厚度较厚,在施工中常出现开裂、空鼓等质量问题,论文通过对质量问题发生的机理研究,分析造成质量问题发生的主要原因,有针对性地采取控制措施,总结质量控制要点、应用的实际施工,有效控制开裂、空鼓质量缺陷的发生。 Non-expansive fireproof coatings for steel structures often have quality problems such as cracking and hollowing during construction due to their thick thickness.This paper analyzes the main causes of quality problems through research on the mechanism of quality problems,takes targeted control measures,summarizes quality control points,and applies practical construction to effectively control the occurrence of quality defects such as cracking and hollowing.
