试析建筑工程造价管理中的预算管理措施

在建筑工程中造价预算管理起到了一定的引领作用,优化预算管理,不仅能够控制工程成本,还能为设计工作提供依据。然后在实际的项目中,受到编制方法、材料、管理监督等问题,依旧存在超预算的情况,因此需要建设单位提高对造价管理中预算管理的重视程度,发挥预算管理的优势,确保工程能够顺利推进。而在论文的研究工作中,主要分析预算管理的重要性,以及超预算的原因,提出几点有效的预算管理措施,以期解决以往工作问题,加强建筑工程单位预算管理的建设。

In the construction project cost budget management plays a certain leading role,optimize the budget management,not only can control the project cost,but also can provide a basis for the design work.Then in the actual project,by the preparation methods,materials,management supervision and other problems,there are still overbudget situation,so it is necessary for the construction unit to improve the importance of the budget management in the cost management,give play to the advantages of budget management,to ensure that the smooth progress of the project.In the research work of this paper,it mainly analyzes the importance of budget management,and the reasons of over the budget,and puts forward several effective budget management measures,in order to solve the previous work problems,and strengthen the construction of budget management of construction engineering units.
