取消奥氏体不锈钢卷板开平板材料复验的建议

Suggestion of Cancelling Provision of Material Retest for Flattened Roll Plates of Austenitic Stainless Steel

通过对奥氏体不锈钢卷板开平后复验数据的调研,建议取消GB/T 150.4—2011中5.1.2条对奥氏体不锈钢卷板开平后进行复验的规定,并提出“奥氏体不锈钢卷板开平板用作压力容器主要受压元件时,其材料质量证明书中的断后伸长率A应不低于45%”的规定的建议,如此处理后,能确保奥氏体不锈钢卷板开平后的各项性能均符合相应材料标准,也可节省大量因不必要的材料复验而造成的材料损耗及试验资源的消耗,同时也会缩小产品制造周期,带来较大的社会效益。

Through the investigation of the material retest for flattened roll plates of austenitic stainless steel,it is recommended to cancel the provisions of term 5.1.2 in GB/T 150.4:2011,and it is suggested that“When the flattened roll plates of austenitic stainless steel is used as the main pressure vessel parts,the percentage elongation after fracture(A)in the certificate of material quality shall not be less than 45%”should be provided.After this treatment,it can ensure that the performance of flattened roll plates of austenitic stainless steel is in accord with the corresponding material standards,but also can save a lot of material loss and test resource consumption caused by unnecessary material retesting,at the same time,it will also reduce the product manufacturing cycle,bring greater social benefits.
