小功率电梯曳引机试验系统设计

摘要 本文介绍了一种适用于小功率电梯曳引机的试验系统,详述了该系统的架构设计、电气组成、机械结构、硬件设计、选型以及主要测试功能的实现。本试验系统采用特殊的结构设计,不仅可进行断续工作制的模拟试验,也可以进行连续工作等效负载的加载试验,既有对拖测试法的方便、节能的优点,也有能耗法模拟工况的功能。试验系统的建设和使用解决了原实验室测功机台架小功率曳引机试验能力欠缺的问题,为小功率曳引机试验系统设计提供了参考。 In this paper,a test system for low-power elevator traction machine is introduced,and the architecture design,electrical composition,mechanical structure,hardware design,type selection and realization of main test functions of the system are introduced in detail.This test system adopts a special structural design to realize the compatible test of the direct load of intermittent work and the equivalent load of continuous work.While retaining the advantages of the opposite drag test method,which is convenient for reverse drag test and energy saving,it can also use the energy consumption method to simulate the drag machine operating conditions.The use of the test system solves the problem that the original laboratory dynamometer system lacks the test capability of low-power traction machines,and provides a reference for the design of the low-power traction machine test system.
