背包式电梯乘运质量试验与分析

摘要 在既有建筑的有限空间内如何最大限度地提升电梯的运送能力是电梯行业内的一个难点。背包式电梯以其独特的结构特点和优势,可大大提升电梯运送能力,逐渐从别墅电梯市场推广应用于办公楼、居民小区等市场。针对背包式电梯的乘运质量开展系列试验和分析,重点研究背包式电梯的乘运质量是否满足标准要求、背包式电梯在不同载荷下的振动变化情况和背包式电梯在轿厢内不同位置的振动情况。试验结果表明,背包式电梯的乘运质量完全符合国家标准的要求,也并未因采用L型轿厢架结构导致轿厢门口位置和轿厢中心位置的最大垂直振动值产生明显差异,对背包式电梯的推广应用和运送能力提升具有参考作用。 It is a difficult challenge to maximize the transportation capacity of elevators within the limited space of existing buildings.Backpack elevators,with their unique structural characteristics and advantages,can greatly enhance the transportation capacity of elevators.The backpack elevator is also gradually promoted from villa to office buildings and residential communities.In this article,a series of experiments and analysis are conducted on the ride quality of backpack elevators.The experiment focuses on studying the standards compliance of ride quality,the vibration changes under different loads,and the vibration situation at different positions in the car.The experimental results show that the ride quality of the backpack elevator fully meets the requirements of national standards.And the L-shaped car frame structure will not cause significant differences in the maximum vertical vibration between the door position and the center position of the car.This article will play a guiding role in the promotion and application of backpack elevators and the improvement of transportation capacity.
