摘要
本文提出了一种可以在电梯不拆机情况下对电梯永磁体退磁情况进行分析判断的新型的检测方法。为了验证本文设计的永磁同步电梯退磁检测分析设备,本文搭建了永磁同步电梯退磁检测分析实验平台。通过对比在退磁状况下永磁同步电梯永磁体的相关实验数据,表明该系统可用于在用电梯的退磁检测分析。
A new detection method for detecting the degree of demagnetization of permanent magnets in elevators is proposed,which can analyze and judge the demagnetization of permanent magnets without dismantling the elevator.In order to verify the demagnetization detection and analysis equipment designed in this paper for permanent magnet synchronous elevators,an experimental platform for demagnetization detection and analysis of permanent magnet synchronous elevators has been established.By comparing the experimental data of the permanent magnets of permanent magnet synchronous elevators under demagnetization conditions,it shows that this system can be used for demagnetization detection and analysis of elevators in use.
