不锈钢纱线电热织物的制备及其性能 被引量:1

摘要 为开发新型主动发热式电热织物,以不锈钢纱线作为发热丝,采用在十字绣基布上刺绣发热丝的方法制备8种不同结构的电热元件,并确定其中发热性能最优的电路连接方式;以纬长10 cm、往复排列5纬、共50 cm为1个单元,并联4个单元(简称“并联5-4电路”),制备了8种电热机织织物,评价了织物层数、织物组织、不锈钢纱线线密度对织物表面温度的影响。结果表明:所设计的电路连接方式中,并联5-4电路发热性能最优;通电20 min时,不锈钢纱线线密度为283.4 tex的单层平纹、双层平纹、三层平纹电热织物中,双层平纹电热织物表面温度最高(56.2℃);不锈钢纱线线密度为471.0 tex的三层平纹、三层2上1下斜纹和三层3上1下斜纹电热织物中,三层3上1下斜纹织物表面温度最高(58.5℃);不锈钢纱线线密度为283.4、471.0、745.7 tex的3种单层平纹织物中,745.7 tex不锈钢纱线制得的电热织物表面温度最高(60.9℃),不锈钢纱线线密度越大,对应织物表面温度越高,说明设计的电热织物能够起到主动发热效果,可作为电热织物开发的重要参考依据。 To develop a new type of active heating electrothermal fabrics,eight kinds of heating elements with different structures were prepared by using stainless steel yarns as heating wire to embroider on cross-stitch base cloth.The wire connection with optimal heating performance was determined.Eight kinds of electrothermal woven fabrics were prepared by taking a unit of 10 cm in weft length,5 reciprocating wefts,a total of 50 cm,and 4 units in parallel(referred to as"parallel 5-4 circuit").The effects of fabric layers,fabric organization,and stainless-steel yarn fineness on the surface temperature of the fabric were evaluated.The results indicate that the parallel 5-4 circuit has the best heating performance;When electrified for 20 minutes,among single-layer,double-layer,and three-layer electric heating fabrics with a linear density of 283.4 tex of stainless steel yarn,the surface temperature of the double-layer electrothermal fabric is the highest(56.2℃);among three-layer plain weave with stainless steel yarn fineness of 471.0 tex,the three-layer three up and one down twill fabric has the highest surface temperature(58.5℃);among the three types of single-layer plain weave fabrics with a linear density of 283.4 tex,471.0 tex,and 745.7 tex,the surface temperature of the electrothermal fabric made of 745.7 tex stainless steel yarn is the highest(60.9℃).The higher the density of stainless-steel heating wire,the higher the corresponding fabric surface temperature.It indicates that the designed electrothermal fabric can play an active heating effect,and it can be an important reference for the development of electrothermal fabric.
