液氨预处理对羊毛纤维中性染料染色动力学及染色性能的影响

Effect of liquid ammonia pretreatment on dyeing kinetics and dyeing properties of neutral dyes for wool fiber

摘要 为研究液氨对羊毛纤维染色性能的影响,采用连续性液氨整理机对羊毛毛条进行液氨预处理,然后利用中性染料Lanaset蓝2R和Lanaset红G对羊毛纤维进行染色。考察液氨预处理后羊毛纤维染色动力学以及液氨预处理对羊毛纤维中性染料低温染色的影响。结果表明:液氨预处理提高了染料的扩散系数,缩短了半染时间,明显加快了染色速率;液氨预处理羊毛可实现85℃低温染色,比未处理羊毛染色温度降低15℃;液氨预处理羊毛在85℃保温60 min可达到染色平衡,且其上染百分率、染色深度以及色牢度与未处理羊毛100℃染色效果相当;相较未处理羊毛,液氨预处理后羊毛单纤维强力有所提升,其中Lanaset蓝2R提高4.6%、Lanaset红G提高4.3%。 In order to study the effect of liquid ammonia on dyeing property of wool,the wool tops were pretreated with liquid ammonia by continuous liquid ammonia finishing machine,and then the wool fibers were dyed with neutral dyes with Lanaset Blue 2R and Lanaset Red G.The dyeing kinetics of the wool pretreated with liquid ammonia were investigated,and the effect of liquid ammonia on low temperature dyeing of neutral dyes for wool were explored.The results show that the liquid ammonia can increase the dye diffusion coefficient,decrease the half-dyeing time and accelerate the dyeing rate obviously.Furthermore,the dyeing temperature of liquid ammonia pretreated wool is 85℃,which is 15℃lower than that of untreated wool.The dyeing equilibrium of liquid ammonia pretreated wool can be achieved at 85℃for 60 min,and the dye exhaustion,depth and fastness of the wool are similar to those of untreated wool dyed at 100℃.However,the strength of single fiber increase by 4.6%for Lanaset Blue 2R and 4.3%for Lanaset Red G.
