毛条染色免复洗工艺

摘要 传统毛条染色工艺技术在毛条复洗烘干时采用逐根毛条从毛球中退绕后,平行排列,进入洗涤槽和烘房最终再次成球,这种复洗烘干生产方式存在能耗高、用水量大、人工成本高、操作复杂等问题。针对传统毛条复洗烘干方式存在的问题,采用射频烘干技术,将染色毛球进行离心脱水后直接用射频烘干机进行烘干,替代传统的复洗工艺,即毛条染色免复洗工艺。毛条染色免复洗工艺和传统毛条染色工艺相比,生产效率提升15%,每吨毛条节约用水4.2 t,每吨综合能耗折标煤节约149.8 kg,毛条的各项色牢度未见降低,烘干后回潮率均匀稳定,易于掌控,其不匀率在2.0%以内,复精梳混条工序可纺性得以提高。 The traditional dyeing process of top dyeing involves unwinding the top one by one from the ball,arranging it in parallel,entering the washing tank and drying room,and finally forming the ball again during the top re-washing and drying process.This re-washing and drying production method has problems such as high energy consumption,high water consumption,high labor cost,and complex operation.In response to the problems of traditional top re-washing and drying methods,radio frequency drying technology was adopted,the dyed wool balls were centrifuged and dehydrated,and then directly dried using a radio frequency dryer.Compared with the traditional top dyeing process,the production efficiency is increased by 15%,the water saving per ton of top is 4.2 t,the comprehensive energy consumption per ton is saved by standard coal 149.8 kg,the color fastness of top is not reduced,and the moisture recovery rate is uniform,stable and easy to control after drying,the unevenness is less than 2.0%,and the spinnability of the double combing mixed strip process is improved.
