环泊酚联合小剂量舒芬太尼用于无痛纤维支气管镜检查的效果研究

Effect of ciprofol combined with low dose sufentanil for painless flexible bronchoscope

目的探讨环泊酚联合小剂量舒芬太尼在无痛纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)检查中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月至9月于温州市中心医院行无痛纤支镜检查的患者100例,根据随机数字表法将其分为环泊酚组(0.4mg/kg环泊酚+0.1μg/kg舒芬太尼)和丙泊酚组(1.5mg/kg丙泊酚+0.1μg/kg舒芬太尼),每组各50例。比较两组患者的生命体征变化,记录麻醉质量、不良事件及患者满意度。结果两组患者麻醉诱导成功后、纤支镜进声门时的心率、平均动脉压均显著低于本组麻醉前(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);环泊酚组患者的镇静起效时间、苏醒时间均显著短于丙泊酚组(P<0.05),两组患者的纤支镜检查操作时间、Steward苏醒评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。环泊酚组患者的低血压、注射痛、呼吸抑制发生率均显著低于丙泊酚组(P<0.05)。环泊酚组患者的麻醉满意度优于丙泊酚组(P<0.05)。结论与丙泊酚相比,环泊酚联合小剂量舒芬太尼用于无痛纤支镜检查起效及苏醒均更快,低血压等不良事件更少,患者的满意度更高。

Objective To compare the application effect of ciprofol combined with low dose sufentanil for painless flexible bronchoscope.Methods A total of 100 patients underwent painless flexible bronchoscope in Wenzhou Central Hospital from August to September 2022 were selected and divided into ciprofol group(0.4mg/kg ciprofol+0.1μg/kg sufentanil)and propofol group(1.5mg/kg propofol+0.1μg/kg sufentanil)according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The changes of vital signs were compared between the two groups,and the quality of anesthesia,adverse events and patient satisfaction were recorded.Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure after anesthesia induction and at the time of flexible bronchoscope into the glottis of the two groups were significantly lower than before anesthesia(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The sedation onset time and recovery time in ciprofol group were significantly shorter than those in propofol group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the operation time of flexible bronchoscope and Steward awakening score between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of hypotension,injection pain and respiratory depression in ciprofol group were significantly lower than those in propofol group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of anesthesia in ciprofol group was better than that in propofol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with propofol,ciprofol combined with low-dose sufentanil for painless flexible bronchoscope has faster onset of effect and recovery,fewer adverse events such as hypotension,and can significantly improve patient satisfaction.
