摘要
“十四五”时期是公共图书馆事业向高质量方向发展的新时期,在此背景下,国家对公共图书馆智慧服务体系的建设提出了更高的要求。对公共图书馆智慧服务体系的外部环境进行扫描,在深入分析公共图书馆智慧服务体系内部结构要素的基础上,聚焦智慧服务体系的优化发展,提出“更新服务观念以引领智慧服务体系发展方向;革新服务手段以促进智慧服务体系质量变革;提升人员素质以推动智慧服务体系动力变革;升级管理保障以实现智慧服务体系健康发展”的观点。
The 14th Five-Year Period is a new period for the development of public library cause in the direction of high quality.In this context,the country has put forward higher requirements for the construction of smart service systems in public libraries.This paper scans the external environment of the intelligent service system of public libraries,focuses on the optimization and development of the intelligent service system on the basis of in-depth analysis of the internal structural elements of the intelligent service system of public libraries,and puts forward the viewpoint of“renewing the service concept to guide the development direction of the intelligent service system;innovating the service means to promote the quality reform of the intelligent service system;upgrading the quality of personnel to promote the dynamic reform of the intelligent service system;and upgrading the management guarantee to achieve the healthy development of the intelligent service system”.
