摘要
综合运用文本分析和扎根理论方法,将胜任力模型引入智慧图书馆员胜任力研究中,通过将从中国知网获取的97篇相关文献进行编码与分析,构建了智慧图书馆员胜任力模型。该模型分为专业知识、工作能力和人格特性3个主范畴以及基础理论、相关学科知识、综合能力、职业能力、态度和意识6个范畴,共包含48项胜任力要素。提出了将胜任力模型运用到智慧馆员的招聘、培养以及馆员自我发展不同场域中的思路,以期为智慧图书馆员人力资源管理提供参考和借鉴。
Based on textual analysis and grounded theory,this paper introduces the competency model into the competency research of smart librarians,and through the analysis and coding of 97 relevant literatures obtained from CNKI,constructs the competency model of smart librarians,which is divided into three main categories of professional knowledge,working ability and personality characteristics,and six categories of basic theory,related subject knowledge,comprehensive ability,professional ability,attitude and consciousness,including 48 competency elements,and puts forward the idea of applying the competency model to the recruitment,training and self-development of smart librarians in different fields,which provides a reference for the human resource management of smart librarians.
