Causes and Countermeasures of Heavy Rain and Flood Disaster in Jinan

近年来,受气候变化、城市化快速发展及济南市特有的地理地形和地质构造条件的影响,洪涝灾害的风险日趋严重。本文总结列举了济南城市历史上发生的典型洪涝灾害,分析阐述了暴雨洪涝灾害的成因,并提出了相应的对策建议。

In recent years,under the influence of climate change,the rapid development of urbanization,and the special geographical terrain and geological structure conditions of Jinan,the risk of flood disaster is becoming more and more serious.This paper summarizes and lists the typical flood disasters in the history of Jinan,analyzes the causes of heavy rain and flood disasters,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
