锦绣川水库健康评价及对策分析

Health Evaluation and Countermeasure Analysis of Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir

锦绣川水库是国家重要饮用水水源地,担负着市区供水和农业灌溉等多项重要职能。河湖健康与否,直接影响库区水质的好坏。近年来,为改善库区生态环境,进一步推进河湖综合整治,水库服务处全面开展排查和梳理水库管理与保护中存在的主要问题,通过实地走访调研,从水生态修复、水旱灾害防御、日常管理7个方面开展调查,分析目前在河湖保护方面存在的问题,并依据《河湖健康评价指南》,从“盆”“水”“生物”“社会服务功能”4个方面分别进行具体分析并赋分,围绕河湖保护,从多方面分别提出应对建议。通过加大生态保护措施,加强水域岸线空间管控体系建设,打造多维度水源地管理机制保障河湖始终处于健康状态。

Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir is an important national drinking water source,which is responsible urban water supply and agricultural irrigation.The health of rivers and lakes directly affects the quality of water in reservoir area.In recent years,in order to improve the ecological environment of the reservoir area,further promote the comprehensive improvement of rivers and lakes,Reservoir Service Office,taking actions of comprehensively investigating the main problems existing in reservoir management and protection from 7 aspects of water ecological restoration,flood and drought disaster prevention and daily management etc..According to the"River and Lake Health Assessment Guide",specific analysis and classification are carried out from the four aspects of"basin","water","biology"and"social service function",and corresponding suggestions are put forward in many aspects of river and lake protection.By strengthening the ecological protection,the construction of water shoreline space management and control system is improved.Furthermore,a multi-dimensional water source management mechanism is established to ensure the rivers and lakes in a healthy state.
